
Going into its sixth hit season, the award-winning comedy "George Lopez" has fully established itself as one of the most successful Latino series ever. Having recently passed the prestigious 100-episode mark, “George Lopez” is the longest-running television show with a predominantly Latino cast. Based on the popular stand-up comedy of the series star George Lopez ("The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D," "Real Women Have Curves"), the show also stars ensemble cast members Constance Marie, Valente Rodriguez, Masiela Lusha, Luis Armand Garcia, Emiliano Díez and Belita Moreno.
“George Lopez” was created by the prolific Bruce Helford, Academy Award winner Deborah Oppenheimer and Robert Borden, all from the long-running smash hit comedy series “The Drew Carey Show”, along with actress/producer Sandra Bullock (“Two Weeks Notice”, “Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood”).
